Was the air conditioning on in the studio? I guess no one else will know that was was still close to 100 here :) But it's fall ... he really shouldn't be taking his 9 month photos in surf shorts!
The lady was just a poor photographer for children. She would get him to smile or laugh but have the camera on the ground and not ready to take the photo. So by the time she had grabbed it the moment was over.
